Hi Yan, If you, as a super user you are able to read the "history", but the user cannot, then it is a question about permissions. I cannot say without looking it up, exactly which permission set you need. Especially not since you didn't mention which version of Navision you are using. But we also don't know if you even are using the standard Navision roles, or the partner who implemented it for you have used other permission sets. So the best you can do i to find out exactly which table the data your user needs to read. Then go into the permission sets and find out which sets currently allows to read the table. Your option would then be either to give the user one of these permission sets (if he/she can be allowed to get the other permissions in that permission set), or to create a new permission set. Personally I prefer to have a number of "Custom" permission sets, rather than changing the standard permissions, as upgrades then is easier. But it's a matter of choice.
