To me that's very clear. Installing and using a developer license in the production environment is not allowed. Especially not by a junior employee. No matter if they have SUPER permissions or not (which most junior/support people also have). it would be similar to him/her taking a drive in the owners car, just because the key was laying around. First time a warning, next time good bye! But when that has been said, then don't give SUPER permissions to anyone, who does not know what responsibility comes with it. And sadly, then I see this way too often.

Localization is danish; both NAV2018 and Business Central. I cannot remember if I connected a client to the database before starting the publishing parts, but both test and system apps were published first as well as generatesymbols and a restart of the service. Publish, synchronize and install is fixed procedure, and it went as it should with both FIK and VATreports, but OIOUBL stuck on install. I was able to get it running again by forcing the version back to 14.0.21441.0 and then increment the version. That allowed me to synchronize and upgrade (again) and after that publish and install my own extensions. OIOUBL however will still not install. When running the client and looking at which extensions are present it lists our own, and the selected ones from Microsoft as installed and OIOUBL and published. If I try to install the OIOUBL (tried both with powershell and from withiin the client) the whoe system will hang. Net step will be to unpublish it and recompile the extension (and fix the stringlenght of the description in the export)

if you did not change the standard code then you did not close the CreditMemo fully. Check Quantities for each line. P.S. I received the same issue sometimes when NAV received the error during the posting process. but it was in NAV 5 and current version should work OK.

Hi there, I have a requirement where i need to develop the ageing report as per the new IFRS 9 standards. we need ageing report for 10, 30, 60 , 90 , and 180 days. the previous reports are not suffiecient. that includes the default nav report.

Hi, I have 3 different data director server namely DD1, DD2, and DD3. Since these servers are simultaneously running and used to replicate the data from client to server. May i know if there's a way to setup a priority in terms of job processing? Let's say that jobs in DD1 will replicate first then DD2 and DD3 will follow. Thank you.

carryjhn I have run into this also. We were using an HP as a network printer which it really didn't need to be so we took it off the network, installed it on the local machine. When it asked to "authenticate" we clicked no and do not ask again. Worked fine after that. Not sure if this will help. Good Luck, Troy

Setup Routing Link. Item is linked to routing step and backflashes properly when we process an Production Journal Output transaction. When we process the final posting for the production order another Item Ledger Entries transaction occurs and back flushes the material a 2nd time. 1st for Output transactions 2nd for Finish posting transaction How do I stop backflushing for the Finish posting transaction?

Can you share some screenshots on the Prod. BOM an Routing, as well as the the Work Center/Machine Center cards involved? Then it would be easier to determine the cause and provide a solution
